What types of grilling products do you offer?
We specialise in high-quality grilling equipment including charcoal grills, pellet grills, grill cooking accessories, grill grates/grids, and grilling utensils/tools. Our products are designed for both casual backyard grillers and serious barbecue enthusiasts.
Are your products suitable for professional chefs?
While our products are primarily aimed at home users, many of our higher-end charcoal and pellet grills are robust enough for professional use or serious barbecue competitions.

Ordering & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We process all orders within 1-2 working days. After dispatch:
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 days via DHL or FedEx
  • Free Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 days via EMS
These are estimates and may vary based on location and customs processing.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We deliver globally except to some remote areas in Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Larger items like grills typically require a signature on delivery. Our couriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the item to us.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions, and you can choose to checkout via PayPal for additional security if preferred.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 15-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please see our full Returns Policy for details on how to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked service for returns.

How do I reset my password?

Do you provide assembly instructions for grills?
Yes, all our grills come with detailed assembly instructions. Many also have video tutorials available on our website. If you need additional help, our customer service team can assist.
How do I care for my charcoal grill?
After each use, allow the grill to cool completely. Remove ashes and wipe the grates with a grill brush. For deep cleaning, use warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Season cast iron grates with vegetable oil to prevent rusting.
